This edition of the weekly wrap up of news worthy events (as I see them) will be short as it has been a busy week for me and I have not had much time to do a lot of digging on many topics.
But since Mother's Day is coming up soon (next sunday), I thought I would include a few "motherly" type articles here and there. I already wrote about "Mother Racine" in a previous post earlier today and a few more stories to either make one feel all nice and warm or maybe horrify the hell out of you....follow below.

She Won't be getting a Mother's Day Card
Your a 10 year old boy named Bobby and the only question in the world you ask is......"Why Momma...Why??"
The mother of the above 10 year old boy in Sweeden (who is dead by the way) was probably being asked this by her son, as he was being tortured by her and her live in boyfriend.
A quote from the article: "They took off all his clothes, dragged him outside and lay him in the snow before dumping more snow on him. The mother then sat on top of him and held him down while her partner stamped on his chest. The boy was then left outside."
Some of the things she did to him (by her own testimony to police as she was being questioned after his dissapearance) are so awful that I just about cried when reading the article, which I have linked to below.
I sincerely hope that they lock her up for life and throw away the key, but before they do that they should sew up her vagina so she may never ever have children again. Sorry for being so crude....but after anyone that reads this and then reads the article.....they will agree with me.

Government Help in Housing for the $100,000 a Year Wage Earner in NY....Long Island
I guess even the middle class in New York needs help these days. At least according to the article below that I have included a link to.
What seems funny to me is what middle class is considered depending on where one lives. I am from Wisconsin and here in South Eastern Wisconsin I thought I was consdidered middle class (at least the lower end of it) but I do not make even close to half of that above wage.
Wow...I guess I could qualilfy for that "Section 8 Housing" stuff if I lived out in NYC. I was out there this fall and though I did not get to Long Island (all my time being spent in either Manhattan or Brooklyn), I did talk to a guest who stays at the hotel that I work at and he said that the housing prices out there.....he lives on Long Island....are just outragous.

This is not for those who are easily offended.
It seems a guy from Central Wisconsin (Where I grew up by the way) decided to put an interesting item up for sale on EBAY......the article tells all. I am still laughing after reading the comments after the description of the item for sale. This guy has a pretty warped sense of humor....I love him already. And it seems some others got into the spirit of the day and decided to play along with him....

Closing Thoughts
So the summer weather is here and a few more people have emailed me about noticing my blog. One in particular being a person who contributes to a website for the Racine County Democrats. As she says, the site that she references is not the "official home" of the Democratic party of Racine....but rather the forgotten stepchild. But there is a lot of interesting information on this site and it seems like a lot of different people talk and chat back and fourth in the forums. I have not decided yet if I want to join in another forum....but if any of the people that have anything to do with that site wish to cross post any of my blog posts in the mean time, they are welcome to. Just give me the credit for the post as I try to do with my links to different stories that I uncover.
