I found this story to be interesting.
Heavy rains on the east coast are causing some problems in Washington D.C.
So much so that some federal buildings have been closed because of flooding and other problems. Some people in suburbs and areas close to the capital have been evacuated from their homes also according to the story below.
What a mess. Even "The National Archives" which stores some of our most valued historic documents was flooded. They say that the "Constitution and the Bill of Rights" are safe though.
(Editors note: Has anyone noticed that Bush pretty much has made those two documents dissapear already....)
