New Orleans: Part Duex (Takes a licking...)

....And Keeps on Ticking:

"Someone" sure has New Orleans on their radar screen lately. First the hurricane that pretty much destroyed the city and now a "winter" tornado. This global warming stuff is starting to seem pretty ominous.

And the "Groundhog" in Penn. saw his shadow this morning, so I guess that means "six more weeks" of mild winter. We will probably get a blizzard up here in Wisconsin now....
