I couldn't think of a better title for this post if had come up with it myself...well maybe the following sentence could also have been used as I did use part of it after the Milwaukee Journal's initial title.

Nice to read a funny "uplifting" article about the citizenry of the Milwaukee area being responsible "adult drinkers"....NOT!!!

Way to set an example. What more could Clear Channel expect though?
