What is with all this Weird Weather??

I swear that everyday I read the news, the weather around the globe is just getting stranger and stranger....to wit....the following article:

I mean, imagine the sight of that 2 year old kid being "yanked" from her mother's arms or that guy driving off the higwhay..just too damm weird.



And then all the other storms on top of that around the country. So far we here is Wisconsin have been realitivly untouched by most of this weird weather...thank goodness. But....what in the world is going on??
