Sony will be releasing it's latest gadget in a month. I hope to buy myself an early christmas present.
It is called MYLO which stands for MY Life Online.
It is a personal communication device something akin to a PDA and a PSP and IPOD all in one.
I have wireless built into my laptop and often take my computer with me when I travel and connect to the many different wireless networks that are availbable in all different areas such as Barns and Noble, the local coffee shops and even some of our local parks and downtown areas.
The unit will be available in Sept. and have a price around $300.00.
An expensive toy to be sure but one that will allow instant messaging, web browsing, music, picture viewing, videos and even the abiltity to use the skype network to talk via VIOP which stands for Voice Over IP which is a way to talk on a phone via the internet.
I can not wait for September.....
