My traveling buddy Robert and his girlfriend who has been waiting at the train station to pick him up after 5 months of him being in California where he was tending to his father who had recently had a heart attack. Just prior to shooting to this picture, I had helped Rob carry his luggage across the tracks in the foreground and I had the opportunity to meet his girlfriend. It was a bit sad to say goodbye to him. We had become good friends over the last few days and spent virtually all of our time together. We shared the same coach seats and wherever I went on or off the train..he was right there.
