So the choo choo across the country was another trip I will not soon forget.
The scenery, the weather, the people, the train itself....everything was pretty close to perfect.
I am glad to be home though. Ninety some hours on a train can be just a bit tiring.
I spent the day relaxing and taking in some spring sunshine and getting ready to return to work on Tuesday (later today).
I will be posting my travel journal as well as many of the thousands of pictures I tool on my trip.

On another note.....I am sure everyone in Wisconsin has heard about the Forest Fire that roared through Adams County earlier this month. It seems that the guy who ACCIDENTLY started this fire, is from here in Racine and that the ASSANINE D.A. OFFICE in Adams County decided to charge him with a misdemenor that could lead to jail time, fines and civilain lawsuites.

Come on now!! Clearly the fire was an accident and the guy did have a permit to burn whatever it is he was burning. I dont think that this should be considered a criminal matter. I honestly feel on this one that the "REDNECKED Adam's County D.A." has proven beyond a doubt that our legal system is totally f----d!!
The guy apologized..shouldnt that be enough...
