The Pope being given Last Rights....Ikkes

The Pope's health seems to be going downhill rapidly and I doubt he will last much longer.
(I could be wrong....but this time I dont think so. )

UPDATE: The Vatican has confirmed the Pope has a high fever and is receiving "appropriate antiobiotic therapy," but it has not commented on the report of low blood pressure.

A side note: Wouldnt it be ironic if the Pope lapsed into a coma and suffered severe brain damage.
Left to depend on life support and unable to carry out his duties as Pope.
Now isnt it right that the only way the Pope changes is due to death?
So...we Catholics are stuck with a PVS(persistent vegetive state) Pontiff and morally bound by our archaic rules to keep him alive for possibly years?

I sure do hope that his suffering isnt as long and drawn out as Shaivo's was.

And another sidenote: If the Pope dies the same week as Terri Shaivo.....I feel alot of Catholics will take this as some weird omen.....we will see.

Happy Friday
