I am sorry but this woman is a complete "nut job" or as my parents used to say...."she is one sandwich short of a picnic basket".....
It is people like this woman who make managing others and their own jobs all that much harder.
Come on now.....filing grievances or whatever you call them because the "door to the bathroom stays open too long or too short...."-now that is going way overboard.
I hope to god that there are not other employees of this dept. that get under her skin. God Forbid she would probably have them put in an mental hospital for causing HER mental anguish.
